My Night Routine

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great Valentine’s Day yesterday. I know I enjoyed relaxing on the couch all day haha. Since I did a school morning routine which you can check out here. I thought it’d be fun to give you a sneak peak into what a typical night is like for me. Let’s get this show on the road.

4:45-5:00 P.M

After dinner, I usually sit on the couch for a few minutes and then I help clean up dinner. It takes about 15 minutes depending on if we have a big mess to clean up.

5:00-5:30

During this time I sometimes blog if I feel really motivated but mostly I am so exhausted from school I plop down on the couch and watch tv shows.

5:30-6:30

Recently I have been doing workouts from this app called Fiton. It has so many workouts that you can choose from and it’s free. Most of the workouts I’ve tried don’t need any heavy gym equipment so that can be very convenient for some of you.

P.S. I promise you this post is not sponsored 🙂

6:30-6:45

I normally take a shower at this time because I don’t have time in the morning and I’m just a night-time shower type of person.

6:45-7:00

Since I’m already in the bathroom, I like to brush my teeth and clean my face while I’m drying off. It saves me time and I don’t have to make another trip to the bathroom.

7:00-7:30

This is my wind down time. I like to shut my phone off so I don’t get disturbed and I like to do some stretches before bed. I hardly ever read but very very rarely I do some light reading.

7:30

I’m sure many of you are very confused as to why I go to bed so early but since I wake up at 6:00 every morning, I have to go to bed early so I can function and be able to do my schoolwork.

Skincare Review: Earth to Skin

Hello! Welcome back to the blog. I hope y’all are doing well. I finally found something to review and if you saw the title I am going to review the skincare line Earth to Skin. Before I start I wanted to quickly say I don’t have every single product from their line so I’ll just be reviewing the products I have.

Disclaimer: This post is not sponsored

If you didn’t know, Walmart has a skincare line called Earth to Skin. Earth to Skin has skincare items from cleansers to eye creams. Earth to skin states they’re based off of natural ingredients so no petroleum, sulfates, and parabens. The best part is every product is only $7-10.Yep, you read that right. Earth to Skin also has Earth to Skin starter kits which are great if you’re not sure if you’d like the certain products. They’re only $10 too with about four products in each kit. Now that you know what Earth to Skin is,keep reading to find out what I thought about Earth to Skin.

I would give this cleanser a 4/5. It had a super nice scent which wasn’t too strong or too subtle. It did have exfoliating beads so if you don’t like those then this cleanser is probably not for you. It was super gentle and didn’t irritate my skin which was great. It made my skin feel super smooth and kind of tight but it did brighten my skin just a little bit.

This serum gets a 5/5. It had an amazing watermelon scent. The combination of my cold hands and this serum was absolutely fantastic. It felt so great and it left my skin super moisturized and smooth.

I had purchased the super greens day and night gel cream and these were a totally different story. First of all a small dollop of these was enough to moisturize your whole face. I didn’t enjoy these products as much as the others primarily because I tend to have more oily skin so when I used these products they gave me breakouts as a cause of too much oil in my skin. If you have dry skin this would probably be a great option for you but I will probably not be buying these two items again.

Well if you’ve made it this far I hope you enjoyed and if you did please hit that like button and don’t forget to follow this blog so you don’t miss out on anymore posts like this.

My School Morning Routine

Hello! I hope you all are doing well. I am back from my super long break and I am ready to make more content for you guys but before I start I would like to thank my Mom for reminding me to blog. So without further adieu, let’s get started.

Have you ever wondered what a person’s morning routine is like on a school day? Well keep reading to find out.

Disclaimer: All pictures in this post are not mine unless noted.

6:00-6:10 (depending on how tired I am) I wake up to that loud annoying noise known as an alarm clock. I am grateful for my alarm clock but seriously I need to turn the sound down.

A few minutes later approx. 5 minutes I get out of bed and make it because I am a CRAZY sleeper. I normally find my blankets on the floor or just thrown everywhere on my bed.

6:10-6:20 is when I am done getting dressed and brush my hair. It’s nothing too special. Sometimes it’s kind of a pain so I normally just throw my hair up into a ponytail.

6:20-6:30 We have made it to my favorite part of the day which is BREAKFAST!!! I normally eat fruit, a protein source, and something unhealthy like veggie straws 😅. Oh well, one day I will eat healthfully.

6:30-6:40 I will admit I do not brush my teeth some mornings. I try to remember to brush my teeth but my morning routine is so crammed I don’t have too much time to spare. When I actually remember though, I brush my teeth until they shine.

6:40-6:40 I zoom out of the house and head to school.

Well that concludes my short morning routine. I hope you enjoyed this post and if you would like more posts like this please hit the like button. Have a wonderful day and I’ll see you in the next post.

How to get self-motivation to exercise.

Sometimes getting the motivation to exercise is extremely hard for some people. Somedays you are in it to win it and other days you want your goal but don’t want to put any effort and exercise. So here’s a few tips to gain self-motivation to exercise.

The first tip is to change your perspective. Change your mindset from thinking like a lazy person to an athlete. Think of it this way if you keep making excuses not to exercise there will be a very high chance of not making your goal to consistently exercise.

The next tip is make a goal for yourself. Your goal doesn’t have to be a 5k run every day. It can be a simple 10 minute yoga class or something similar. If you need to buy some fancy workout attire to keep you motivated

Think of eating the same meal everyday for every meal. Wouldn’t that get boring? I’m not saying that’s wrong but if you have to you do you. It’s the same concept for exercising. You can change your routine to have fun and variety. Maybe change where you work out everytime or twice a week. One day have your exercise in the living room and then the next workout exercise outside.

The last tip is to reward yourself. After all the effort you put in to exercise reward yourself with a special treat like a smoothie or a movie you really wanted to watch,or just something to help you keep up your motivation.

Thanks for reading if you made it to the end of this post. I hope you enjoyed it and have a fantastic day 🙂
